Custom packaging products are generally non-returnable once production has started because they are made to customer-specific dimensions, artwork, and finishing requirements.
Eligible concerns
If you believe an order has a production defect, significant manufacturing issue, or shipping damage, contact us as soon as possible with photos and order details.
Review process
Each case is reviewed based on the approved production details, artwork, and the condition of the delivered order. If a verified issue is confirmed, we may offer a reprint, credit, replacement, or another reasonable solution.
